These terms govern your use of codexcelerate.me (the “Site”), operated by CodeXcelerate (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. Client engagements (development, design, marketing or AI work) are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal; if those documents conflict with these terms, the engagement agreement wins.
Content on the Site — including pricing ranges, timelines and case studies — is provided for general information. It is not a binding offer. Final scope, pricing and timelines for any project are set in a written proposal or contract.
Case studies describe real client engagements and in-house products, published with permission. Results described are specific to those projects and are not a guarantee of identical outcomes for your project. Client names, product names and logos belong to their respective owners.
The Site’s content, design and branding are owned by CodeXcelerate and may not be copied or reused without permission. For client engagements: unless agreed otherwise in writing, clients own the work product and IP we deliver upon full payment, as set out in the engagement agreement.
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to breach security, scraping at scale, submitting malicious content through our forms or chat, or impersonating others.
Our chat assistant uses AI to answer questions about our services. Its responses are provided for convenience and may contain errors; they do not constitute binding commitments, professional advice or contractual offers. Anything important will be confirmed by a human.
The Site links to third-party platforms (app stores, client websites, Upwork, Clutch, Calendly, WhatsApp). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeXcelerate is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Liability relating to client engagements is addressed in the relevant engagement agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
