Who we are

CodeXcelerate (“we”, “us”) is an IT & AI product studio operating from India and serving clients worldwide. This policy explains what personal information we collect on codexcelerate.me, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions any time: support@codexcelerate.me.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you give us.When you submit our contact or audit forms, book a call, or talk to our chat assistant, you may share your name, email address, phone number, company name, budget range, the services you’re interested in, and the content of your message.
• Chat conversations.Messages you send to our website chat assistant are stored so we can respond and improve our service. Chat messages are processed by Google’s Gemini AI to generate replies.
• Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel, which set cookies and collect device information, approximate location, pages visited and interactions. We use this to understand how the site is used and to measure advertising.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request.
• To prepare proposals and communicate about projects.
• To operate, analyse and improve our website and marketing.
• To measure and improve advertising campaigns (Google, Meta).
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us run the site and our business: hosting and infrastructure (Vercel), our database provider, email delivery, Google (Analytics, Gemini AI), Meta (Pixel), and Calendly if you book a call. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms. We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

Cookies and similar technologies are used by Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel for analytics and ad measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics via the GA opt-out add-on, and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook ad settings.

Data retention

We keep lead and chat records for as long as needed to serve you and for legitimate business records, then delete or anonymise them. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

International transfers

Our team operates from India and our infrastructure providers may store data in other countries (including the US and EU). Wherever your data is processed, we apply the protections described in this policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@codexcelerate.me — we respond to all verified requests within 30 days.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as our services evolve. We’ll change the date at the top of this page when we do. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
