Saurav Singh had already paid a freelance team to build Panda — a social app where strangers talk for three minutes before profiles unlock. What came back after months of spend was an app riddled with bugs: broken chat flows, crashes, and a backend that couldn't survive real users. Nothing was launchable.

We started with a full audit of everything — the mobile app, backend, admin panel and website — and triaged every defect into fix, rebuild or cut. Then we worked the list in one focused sprint, with the client seeing progress daily.
A production-ready platform: the blind-chat flow, three-minute timer, profile reveal, social feed and friends system all working reliably; a functional admin panel for moderation; a stabilised backend; and the marketing site live at pandaluv.app — submitted and approved on both stores.
