Evgeny had a clear vision — a premium mental-performance app that helps people shift into focus, energy or calm on demand — but no product team. Wellness is a crowded, clinical-feeling category; High had to feel immersive and intentional, and it needed audio engineering most apps never touch: binaural soundscapes synced with guided breathwork.

We took the idea from concept to product: defined the three-state model (Vibe for focus, Spark for energy, Joy for ease), designed the dark, atmospheric UI, then built the full platform — app, website and admin panel — as one team.
A complete mental-fitness platform: curated binaural audio sessions with featured artists, guided breathing with visual pacing, session timers, XP levels, streaks and weekly progress tracking — live on both the App Store and Google Play.
